Product testing
The ELESAR testing laboratory is accredited in Kazakhstan’s national accreditation system to ST RK ISO/IEC 17025-2018 (accreditation certificate KZ.T.02.2418) and is included in the EAEU Unified Register of Conformity Assessment Bodies. Our test reports are used to obtain certificates and declarations of conformity.
Why testing is performed
- To obtain a certificate of conformity or register a declaration under EAEU technical regulations.
- To confirm compliance with product safety requirements.
- To identify products and determine their classification group.
- To check batch quality at the request of a customer, retail chain or tender requirements.
How testing works
- Application. You send the product description, manufacturing standards and the purpose of testing.
- Test programme. We determine which parameters to test and which methods to use.
- Sampling. Samples are selected and identified under the general sampling rules for conformity assessment testing.
- Testing in the laboratory.
- Test report. Results are recorded in a test report that can be used to obtain a certificate or declaration.

ELESAR has both a testing laboratory and a conformity assessment body. This means testing and obtaining a certificate or declaration can be completed within one company, without transferring samples and reports between organisations.
